BSA hunter

I have been given a BSA hunter but I dont have any idea on how to remove the bolt, Could any one shed some light on this for me please?

Try pushing the trigger forward then releasing the bolt.
Dont know for sure but worth a try.

Mitchell, I have two Hunters, both .222,

Close the bolt while pulling the trigger, maintain the pull on the trigger and remove the bolt, should just slide out.
