Re: case prep
It works well, but is a bit pricey.
Re: case prep
6 Bucks from Bunnings for a puffer pack that will last 3 lifetimes is pricey???
Pull a shotty shell apart (4's or finer)
Empty same into a little plastic film canister
Tip in a liberal amount of graphite powder
Dip case necks
Reseal after using because it makes a friggin mess if you tip it over by accident.
Enjoy

I use exactly the method described by Wiz. You will end up with dirty fingers and finger prints all over the house though.

Re: case prep
buy a bushing neck die with a titanium nitride bushing or a lee collet die and you wont need lube until the case stretches enough to need FLS. Then the easiest way is hornady one shot spray on lube

Thanks guy's.
I have just purchased the lee collet die and was still unsure or worried with using it without some type of lube.
thanks again.

Was using lube for neck sizing until recently. Breathed a sigh of relief when I read about not needing lube for neck sizing using lee dies.

Re: case prep
yep, no lube for your collet die. Eventually the case stretches a little, you will know when this happens as they will be a little hard to chamber, a bit more force to close the bolt. This means you need to push the shoulders back a little. Which of course means lube and a run thru the fl die.

Re: case prep
With a new collet die it's a good move to lube (a tiny bit of grease) the inside of the collet die where the taper on the collet bears against the sleeve to squeeze the collet closed, and check for any burrs, remove them with some fine grade Wet'n'Dry paper
