Today saw a small contingent of shooters head out to take on the overcast rain threatening weather which held out until just after the shooting was completed. Conditions were reasonably good with no mirage and relatively steady and consistent winds with the occasional trick thrown in for good measure. This can be seen in the results with some pretty good scores shot.
Graham was on his second outing at 550yds and shot a couple of sub 3" groups which had him stoked and talking about becoming a regular which is great.
In HG group and score aggs went to Jeff Harrison with 3.646" and 202 respectively
In LG group went to Jack Saligari with 2.675" agg and score went to myself on 206 and I also shot small group for the day with a 1.768"

Next Sunday sees the September postal with virginia for the 1000yd.

well we had a good day,would have been to have had a few more shooters there but we enjoyed the conditions.at least were keeping the boys with there heavy guns honest,even grahim cahill and his little 6ppc shot really well. looking forward to next weekends 1000yds,hope to see a few more guys there.
