Hi All , What about showing you best long range target pics???,could be 300 yds/500met / 550 yds/ 600 yds or 1000yds ..JR..Jeff Rogers

No record but I was happy with my hunting rifle

That is one awesome group for any rifle, let alone a hunting rig. Look how flat that group is, there is way more potential for that gun to halve that group size.

This is the best I've done at the 500m Fly. I've already zeroed the calipers.

Let's hope Jugs displays up his best Fly target------- it's an absolute corker

I'm sure my mate Ken won't mind me displaying his 1,000yd target. It was the first time he had shot at this distance. It's a top group, at 6.29 inches --------- BUT----- he was using my rifle.

Thanks GLS and Malcolm ,your targets are what this thread is about.. Not the records or anything like that ,just your best is all that i and others want to see ..JR.. Jeff Rogers..ps that 204 should be put in a glass case ,awesome.

To keep it rolling, here's mine @ 1000 with JR's heavy gun.
Obviously the guns capable of better in Jeff's hands but for a first time at that range and a twitchy day I was pretty chuffed

Guys,

2.35 at 550yds. My best at that range is 2.1, but I no longer have the target. Not too bad for a dirty old 270 Win.

I just went back through all my old targets, I think the 1st time i shot a 1000yd screamer was the most important one even though it's not the smallest..It goes 5.098ins with 100 score ,kinda special, if only to me.. It's great to have old targets ,spread em out on the carpet and saddle to a good whiskey while wondering how good it could be if ya knew what you were really doin..JR..Jeff Rogers.. target pic
