NSW-2010 500 FLY CHAMPS ?

Post by Ian D »

Any ideas on whats happening with the NSW, 2010 500 fly shoot ?
Heard a rumour it may be combined with procal cup in Canberra, 25th september
Not sure how that would work....1 shoot...1 winner...2 cups Procal and NSW champs,
now that would be a good day for someone

NSW state fly shoot in the ACT. Sounds reasonable ??

As for 2011 Wagga SSAA club has just got approval to extend the range from 300 to 500 metres. 20 undercover benches with facilities being improved constantly.

Once we get the range extended who knows?

IanD. Why drive to canberra or Melbourne to do load developement. Dont they have an NRAA range which shoots at those distances every weekend near Woodonga

RDavies,
Yes you are right, i could bellyflop at Tallangatta, but would prefer a solid bench to shoot from and somewhere inside out of the weather to reload.I have never shot at tallangatta and dont know what access is like outside competition days. Will talk to paul reid in regards to that.

regards
Ian
