Thanks Manna, and yes it is a synthetic stock, its alot like the HS stocks they use on some of their (Savage) law enforcement centrefires... infact it may just be a HS??? Im not sure on that? But either way its the same textured paint all over the stock, makes it much nicer to hold-very grippy
