Who knows, Wild dog varmint stock, stainless barreled action, rifle basix trigger... there would be $1400 odd... another $850 could have a custom barrel screwed on, then your only at or below the new factory rifle prices of remington VSSF's and Sako 85's, even the Savage LRPV's.

Could be good value in the long run!!

Cheers
Unless you pick up a LRPV unfired Cheep  Sell the standard barrel to your brother and screw on a match barrel :D

OK roughly,

Howa SS SA 223 Varmint rifle $880
Bell & Carlson Stock $225 (Very lucky with this one at this price i thought!)
CDI mag $395
10 shot AI mag $80
Sightron SIII 8-32x56 LRMD $890 (high aus dollar from arcadian sales, have some real good prices at times)
Warne Mounts and Rings already had but id imagine you wouldnt get much change from $150
Barrel and work $765

$3385 - Stock $100, Barrel $200, Mounts and rings $70, Nikko Scope $120

TOTAL: $2895.00

Should look something like this plus the detachable mag system in theory :D

well yes the action is different the idea was to show more what a stainless heavy barrel in the B & C stock would look like as i couldnt find anything else similair, the 20cal was special order im not sure because it was the size of the hole or the size the steel but if your lucky you may get something of the shelf...
