i am interested in setting up ft range on my property and would like to get some more inforation about what is invloved, is it just silouette targets set up at different ranges and angles?
i know that i will get bored shooting set targets on a static shooting range and am looking for variety to keep up my interest and for the challenge

FT information
Astro,
I think FT involves steel targets at any range/degree of cover out to 40 or 50m that have a "kill zone" on them that when hit triggers the whole target to fall over... so unlike Silhouette where a hit anywhere that causes the animal to fall (hopefully! ) scores, in FT only punching a pellet throught the target zone counts.
This is to the best of my knowledge anyhow. I bet you will be able to Google up much more accurate info than what i've offered
Here is a little something on the subject http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Field_Target
Cheers
