Bloody massive squids mate, an if I remember rightly, you are going to bring a heap of fresh caught squid and snapper up here when you come. AREN'T YOU :D

Nice Hoods their Sako all you need now is some gummy and some flathead and you have a beautiful seafood basket

I think it's interesting that most fisho's I know would probably agree that these three species are either at the top of the list or at least near the top.

Yet non-fisho's and restaurant types would put barra up there instead.

These are generalisations, of course, and are not 100% accurate but it is something I have noticed over many years.

For the record I would put my list as Flathead, Whiting, flake. Although when in Vanuatu Poulet Fish tops the list. (I think it is called Ruby Snapper here in Oz but I may be mistaken). Barra never gets a look in for me, I just don't like the taste.
