Boat 4.8m gale force

Yep Texas pro pit. It's out there seasoning as I type. Excited as a fat kid at a donut shop.

Yanks do BBQ on a totally different level. I'm very much hooked on it- so much so I'm selling my gas bbq and just keeping my weber and the pro pit

I like the texas style BBQ thing but I do think it gets a bit much when they start injecting stuff into the meat. Hand rubbed, soaked, drizzled, smoked etc is fine but injecting flavour into the meat is a bit much.

So who's bringing their BBQ to the Missathon?

Hey Brad,

If it isn't a rude question ( or if you don't want to say in case some sees it) but what's a ball park price for a 'que like that?

Ill probably bring the weber baby q with me.
Ive done a few low and slows in the pizza oven with the retained heat left over from a night of pizza making - beef short ribs are probably my favorite but I did a pulled pork shoulder which was pretty damb good, just working on getting the amount of smoke right. I mostly just rub a load of salt and pepper on the outside and let the meat do the talking
