It'll do us the mrs wants it for pulling the float and I can chuck dead shit in the back.

Buffy,

I think that is why I am enjoying it so much. I get to give as much as I get haha.

Hate to rain on your parade, but I've talked to a number of Colorado owners towing caravans and they all hate them, especially on gravel roads. Engine / trans package is the primary bitch for that application.

Dmax is same body with different engine and gearbox packages. Most I've talked to who tow love them.

Have you done your research?

Thanks mate, we don't tow all that much we just want the ability to tow a horse float occasionally and when we do it won't be for any more than 200km or so at a time its not like it will be used on a regular basis for this. Mostly it will be a vehicle to get to and around my shooting properties.

I've driven the Colorado and liked it plus the price is hard to beat.

Let me know how it goes. I'm dreaming of an LTZ but the accessories really pushes the price up.

Did you look at the Colorado 7? I like the enclosed interior space but am not a fan of the rear styling.

Oh, Auto or Manual?

I'm going Auto mate.

LTZ is good but what is missing from the LX that you really need? Besides I like the idea of a vinyl floor.

For me, it'd be a company car which means I need a niceish interior for clients/bosses etc. Oh, it's 4WD? That's convenient I can use that on the weekend....

I was thinking manual but auto's have come a long way on diesels.
