Bruce, James, good to hear you blokes are going ok up there, some very wild weather getting around your area for sure. Just spoke to BarryB, he lost his river pump but everything good, just no lectricity.
Anyone heard from our other hunter valley members, Gary, Ryan etc ??

Re: Rain
When I rang him he said that he was using an old phone from years gone by, they had no power dunno what the situation is now, maybe the line got washed out or damaged when they were repairing road or something up there. I guess if they don't have power they wont be charging phones and such. I was talking to him on the land line.

Hi Gents
Still alive running on a generator at work no power here at Mulbring prob not for weekend at earliest. No phone service pretty much so still going. We survived okay had friends staying as their shed/house was flexing its walls in. Sunny today at least and now working like a dog to catch up with work.
Oh and those rabbits came in handy sorry James
Hope all the others survived okay.

Re: Rain
My brother has a couple of rental properties next door to each other out at Medowie. I think he might be spending a bit of time on the chainsaw tomorrow
First pic is the backyard of #3 and the second pic is from the backyard of #1 looking towards #3.

If your brother needs a hand with cutting it all up I am free and happy to help out - we got off really lightly. Just message me if you want any details
Cheers

Re: Rain
Rain - please don't talk to me about fooking rain because a foot of rain is just too fooking much. Apart from that all's well at 693 Paterson River Road , no phones ,Iphones given up due to couldn't hack a bit of water , electricity back on & had my first tub for nearly a week but no land line whatsoever.Bimbo , please keep an eye out for my pump , should be down your way somewhere.!! Will catch up when I eventually get a phone going.
