First lockdown cook
Hope I have enough to last me the 6 days.
Beef, duck and pork and required smoking support liquids.
Steak didn’t make it to the smoker.

Looks good and thanks for the reminder.
Is it essential travel to visit the local feed store to buy seed and corn for the animals? I also need to mash in again, stocks are low.

Looks good.
We just joined you in lock down.
Was hoping to get to Canberra next Friday as my daughter becomes a licenced solicitor but we are locked up till Saturday.

Hopefully it doesn’t last longer than the week.

Should have taken a before photo of the pork ribs.
They taste great, don’t look so great after my knife skills.

I think I took the duck a bit too far. Still tastes great though. Hardcore Camo is beautiful on it.

Re: First lockdown cook
Ditto on the ribs. Making my mouth water.
Makes my bacon and egg roll with cheese seem very ordinary.
You can tell the pork was cooked just right by the bones.
Cheers

Re: First lockdown cook
Did you par-boil the beef ribs first?
I have had better success doing it that way.
