Nice Hoods their Sako all you need now is some gummy and some flathead and you have a beautiful seafood basket

Yet non-fisho's and restaurant types would put barra up there instead.
These are generalisations, of course, and are not 100% accurate but it is something I have noticed over many years.
For the record I would put my list as Flathead, Whiting, flake. Although when in Vanuatu Poulet Fish tops the list. (I think it is called Ruby Snapper here in Oz but I may be mistaken). Barra never gets a look in for me, I just don't like the taste.
