BBQ about to get serious

Everything that is outdoors and not hunting or shooting. Talk about fishing, 4wd, archery, camping, motorbike riding etc etc.

I went to a few good ones in Ecuador so i would take a guess and say they were similar. I paid $12.99USD for the whole eye fillet, it came out rare on a sizzle plate, a side of chips was an extra $2.

A step back in time to 2005....

The other half of the chuck has gone on this morning. It will be pulled beef tomorrow night. Doing some pork shoulder ribs tomorrow arvo to go with it after a trip out to the fruit growing areas to source some apple wood
