To add a bit more to the temps/times I have been monitoring this lot today and have moved the bottom 2 trays to the top as they were showing more signs of drying out faster than the top ones, so that may help as well. Also have been moving the temps between 55-65 (mostly sitting on 60) during this time and that too seems to be aiding the drying process.

Yep not happy. Instead of heading round to Gnomes place for some drinking, reloading and eating jerky the crazy fat lady I live with - umm I mean my lovely pregnant wife
