Working on a project this week after seeing some 18v battery adaptors on Ebay. Looked like a good idea so created a design in Fusion 360 and printed out the parts to fit my Dewalt 18v batteries. Mounted a cig socket on one and a 10w led floodlight on another. A lot of led lights are 12-24v so can handle the battery pack but some can get a bit hot for a short period   .
Pics tell the story.
