Bone Bolster

Post by Rabbitz »

A question for our knifemaker gurus.

I am fitting an antler handle to a sgian dubh (ceremonial highland knife). I am thinking of possibly using bone for the bolster.

Is it feasible?

How would I treat the bone prior to use?
