i did that with one of my hunting knives :D
even put a wave in the blueing,just to have a poke at those who dont know Damascus :wink:

Its new method I have developed, using 100 percent organic, all natural product. I am going to call it the Plum Stain Method, only took 5kg of plum cutting up to achieve. It may be alright for putting on knives, but I wouldnt recommend trying to apply to rifle barrels. :lol: :lol:

and those plum stones would wreak havoc on the rifling, but at least the bore would be the same colour.
