So does that mean I can send you some rotten fence posts to refinish? I'm thinking the Tru-Oil finish needs to come off the Sportco Shotty...

Acually a bit of a shame that ironbark is heavy ive got a stack of old posts cut from big trees many years ago that would make a fine looking stock, just need Arny to lug around for you.
Trev as I cut them up i'll keep some burly/knotty pieces if you want to try for kinife handles. Goes for anyone else also

Johno when you harden up I will swap you a couple or three rabbits for the Pot for a bit of that ironbark.

Could be some time i'm rather soft these days
I reckon the ironbark would travel better through the post than the rabbits
still if you had plenty about I might come up and let you have a play with the 19 badger, sort of like meeting royalty eh
Give me a rough size of what you need got about 80 posts to cut up so I can pick something nice if I know what you want to do

Might have something better for knife handles, how about some wild cherry
Happy to trade for a metters canberra or bega wood stove, maybe an IXL 72
