So when purchasing a chamber reamer does one buy a " Rougher " or a " Finisher " or a " Resizer " ?

I bore my chambers the use a finisher for the last 0.100".

Get a finisher, unless your planning on heaps of chambers a rougher is a waste of money.

Finisher is fine. Just get a live pilot one so the bushing can be matched properly to your barrel size. Maybe check with your smith first that he has those type of bushings smaller and larger than your caliber in case your barrel is tighter or looser than actually marked.
