Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to repair a gas etched bolt face.My .260 has 3 pin holes and one small half moon shape around where the outer radius of the primer would be situated . Apart from getting the thing bushed or tig welded and refaced, I'm wondering if there are any other ways it can be done.
I've even heard of people using car bog to fill in the holes!!, I know it wont affect accuracy or compromise safety but it does look a little rugged.
Sean.

You have already listed every response I would give you.

Out of curiosity, what primers are you running?

Welded and refaced would have been my response too.
