An excellent South Aussie Riflesmith.
At long last South Oz has an excellent gunsmith( Rifle smith) His business is called Ziersch custom rifles and this week he did a touch up job on the crowns chamfer on one of my rifles.
This bloke (his name is Jerome) did an excellent job and I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone who is sick of so-called gunsmiths who butcher their prized rifles.
He is polite, helpful and actually listens to what you want....no hes not paying me
cheers,
Sean.

Your "at long last" comment caused me to smile. Jerome has been around the mid north for quite some time, and you are correct, he is very highly regarded for his work. Although you may need to wait a little for his services at times.....he does get snowed under occasionally.SA Feral Shooter wrote:At long last South Oz has an excellent gunsmith( Rifle smith) His business is called Ziersch custom rifles and ..........

Jerome is in a small midnorth town in SA, about an hour and a bit north from the outskirts of the big smoke, so any metrosexual latte sippers will probably not be keen to go for the drive out there to even meet the man.
Keeps him available for the real folk and locals!

Hey, hang on a minute,
I’m metro, I live in metropolitan Adelaide, I don’t like latte but I do like French mocha.
Jerome is pretty good at what he does. A lot of his business is from fullbore and f/class shooters.
He also sponsors a lot of opm shoots, which few people in the industry do nowadays.
Top bloke to deal with and great work.

Being from Adelaide, that would make him one of the very few exceptions as well, and here I was thinking that you mob all sipped on lattes.
