Found a 8x68Smm Magnum in an Interarms Mark X for those varmints that are more reluctant to cooperate. Comes with a quite a nice looking piece of walnut that doesn't deserve the treatment most likely coming. So I bought a large-ring 98 Mauser Ram-Line stock for field work and will keep the timber in storage until I pass the rifle onto the next owner.
I like the look of the Terminal Ballistics Research - MatchGrade Bedding Products to bed the action and stabilize the fore-end, but would really prefer to add a pillar kit of sorts given the magnum powder case capacity. Not sure how they go exporting epoxy from NZ to AUS in terms of dangerous goods etc. but I'm sure I could find something else locally at a push.
Any recommendations or experiences with the Ram-Line stocks, bedding, Interarms Mark X?
