375 snipetac

Post by Seddo »

I picked up my 375 snipetac action today, i decided i couldn't wait for it to be cerakoted. That can be done next year when i am happy with the barrel length.

Tac408
34" Lilja
T5 Terminator
Jewell HVR
Sightron SIII
XLR HD Chassis
Atlas Bipod

Weighs in at 10.8kg so it's not a light weight.

Im going to run in the barrel on the weekend.

Luke, I picked it up when I dropped your barrel off. He is hard up for time this side of Christmas so I will get it cerakoted next year, I had this out in the que instead of my tac 30. I think I will have more fun over the Christmas break with this than a 22-250AI.

I'll take it to the range Sunday to run it in and them load some ammo for Canberra the following weekend. If anyone is in Canberra on Sunday the 14th your welcome to have a shot. I'm spending the day on the range with a mate. I will be sorting this and my Mk13 out at some distance.

I cant let Glenn have all the fun!!

Sounds like an interesting build Scott. I will try to come and check it out at Majura on the 14th. I think the cowboy dress up crowd have the range from midday so your day at the range might be cut short.

My mistake, I assumed you were meaning the SSAA 500m range, not the NRA 1000 yard paddock. Will still try to catch up with you sometime in the morning.

Cheers, Jason.

I tried to get to the last one but I wasn't free.

It's terrible, all that K&N, Wilson, redding and lapua gear just sitting there waiting for a home. I forgot to grab a Wilson die while I was there, better remember for next time.

The weekend in Canberra will be a stiller one for me. I'm taking the Tac408, Mk13 and the spectre if I get the barrel back in time, if not I will take the Lonestar. Happy to let people have a play, it's just a matter of finding a time and place that suits.

Jason,
Sorry mate I won't be at the range this weekend. I got a call from the wife and have to drive home tomorrow due to some family issues.

What a bummer I was just thinking a drive over to Majura

Sunday would be good for the soul if not the wallet

Hope the home front issues are easily sorted.

Thanks guys, I'm sure we can organise another one soon. my trip to Canberra ended up as a beer and pizza night with a mate.

my sister in law has been diagnosed with cancer and given 3-6 months, as you can imagine the wife isn't in a happy place.
