Forgive my ignorance, but whats the amazing part?
He put a barrel in a vice, put a purposely designed tool in through the back of the action and give it a cack.....
Am I missing something?

Paul makes some really good stuff,sells it on 6MMBR,as to the barrel removal,its good to see if you havent seen it done before I suppose.

Isn't this how most shooters take a barrel off.
