What do you use to cut out the trigger area?

Hey Bp72,when the action comes out an imprint of the trigger hanger and such is left in the bedding,I whack the stock on a table and mill it out to suit, same with the loading port ,bolt release, bolt notch etc.In the past I have used a dremel and pedestal drill to do all this and its more than achievable with them as well.

That's sounds easy enough , I've used plastibond in the past and taped up the trigger without trigger shoe installed , not as neat . Any thoughts re devcon vs plastibond ?

I dont like plastibond,Devcon is good but a bit expensive,I use JB weld and find it great to use and $20 worth will do me for 3 to 4 bedding jobs.

Very nice job Chris!

Do you tap the back of the tang?
It could end up being a secondary recoil lug?
