What have you made to make your hunting better?

Post by andrewk »

Thought I'd kick off a thread to share some of my ideas and gadgets that have made my hunting experience better. Hope to see some more added to the thread.

I agree with you about the crap you end up with on the bullbar we tried collecting them for group pics but the mess was not worth it.

That's why made it. i had mates that wanted a group pic and i ended up with filth on my bull bar. So i made the hanger. it helps get more foxes i reckon cos they give off fox scent. stops them running even from down wind.

Spotlight just connects straight to the battery.

Love your dual spotty set up.

Nice work Andrew and Missed.

Andrew - what does your shooting rail/light setup mount on to? Did you have to drill your door to mount it?

That bracket is a bloody ripper. my brother and myself we talking on the way back from our last trip about doing something similar for the same reasons.

Just one question did you weld the clips on if not how did you attach them.

I have to agree with you about hanging them for the scent I've noticed that when you get caught up wind from one that if there is one on the bar they tend to linger a bit longer before they make a break for it give you a bit more time to get a shot off.

Flip. they are welded with four short beads, 2 on top and 2 mid way down. too much and everything warps.
