Don't forget Trev, Chris has somehow enticed Mick to admit he knows someone who has a big box of reamers.

we are all friends here Glen

Anyway I will bet London to a brick that when it comes to using a used reamer that has done an indeterminate amount of work as opposed to getting one made to his specs that Chris will be going for the latter option

G'day Mick, I am on the look out for someone with a 17/222 reamer, was wondering if you could ask your mate if there is one in amongst this magic box of reamers he got off Shane. No rush at the moment, but looking to the future.

All's good people,...................tight neck yes but as for the body I have found that more tighter'er isnt always more better'er. :) .Min spec chambers can be a right royal pain in the arse unless you are using compatible dies and or custom dies to suit your chamber.

yep found that out when I saw a heap of once fired 204 ruger brass for sale, couldn't resist. But no matter how hard I pulled on the press handle I couldn't get them to chamber in my rifle!!

Trev,

I was going to do a 6mm Dasher on the P1000 im building but i dropped it in favour of a regular 6mmBR. For the amount of time i'm going to use it fire forming is a waste of time. I think the 20 Dasher would be in the same boat so its not going to happen and I can get a Redding S Type 20BR die off the shelf and a wilson seater as well. The 20BR is a much easier option. I was going to look at another 20x47 as well but the BR was easier as well.
