Got out to shoot the 6.5x47 today, a bit windy out at Ripley, but never mind. It is one of the easiest barrels I have had to clean, virtually no copper from the first shot. I just used the loads from my previous barrel and at 200yds best group was 19mm worst 31mm with 140 grain Nosler Custom Comp bullets, certainly good enough to buy another barrel or two.

Sounds promising.

And having seen how they chamber them I’d be avoiding them

When I rang they never mentioned pre-chambered. They also mentioned that 338cal barrels can be ordered. I'm tempted by the 6.5mm barrels ... to do another x47 Lapua.
Cheers...

I wouldn’t bother with a prechamber from them. Skip to 8:20

I picked up a 1 in 12 twist barrel they are stamped .223 and are not pre chambered.
I haven't measured it yet to see if that is the bore size or not.

I got one too, didn't measure the groove diameter but needed a .217" pilot on the reamer, standard .218" wouldn't fit. Good looking barrel, straight and smooth.

IBI 22 lr barrels any good
