No small thanks to your efforts Geoff, my humble rubbing has come out pretty good and Im pleased with it. It wont be a safe queen, have already got plans for next weekend out after the redcoats so it will get its share of lumps and bumps, the first will hurt a bit, but after that ..............

One of Mr Roger Vardy's very own Aussie grown basic grade walnut mate, Geoff gave me the choice of three, I couldn't make up my mind which I liked best so picked number one. 2 and 3 were very nice as well.

I even pull fiddleback redgum & box out of the firewood pile and squirrel it away for future use.

I'm partial to fiddleback redgum too - this is our island kitchen bench (smeared with olive oil for the photo as the surface is worn).
