Next door has one to!
But that's one of those Nancy boy ones where kids don't learn from their mistakes. I've always said that natural selection should not be messed with.

3 year olds think its more fun to jump on the corner nor in the middle of the trampoline which scared the crap out of wifey. Had to get a can of spray paint and teach her to jump on the magic triangle. Some of the shit you have to come up with to keep a 3 year old girl amused is borderline requiring a constant fix of magic mushrooms and marijuana.

That is why they like In The Night Garden.
The people that make that show have to be on both at the same time!

That show has bad vibes to it- kids dont need to see it at that age. Iggle piggle dry humps upsy daisy each time he gives here a kiss. Macka packa is a drug lord, he does nothing but deal with rocks. The tombliboos are a bunch of homos all sharing the same bed, and I swear mrs tombliboo must spend more time with her legs in the air than anything else if she has that many kids....

This has got a bit off topic... but thats ok, life would be boring without guns and some internet ramblings...

It will be painted mate. While its the best bit of this timber I have shaped up so far, its got alot of blemishes and bits that need bogging up for an oil finish.

That's a shame. The wood looked better than that in the pics. Anywho, onwards.

Did some more mill work today, and have bogged up a few spots this evening. Tomorrow theres a little more sanding as Im waiting for a sanding block I made to dry off. The action area should be inletted by the end of tomorrow- though still no word on when my action will get there. Should be able to do the pillars tomorrow or the day after and possibly ready for painting by the end of the week.

Inletted today, all went ok apart from me realising that I was too impatient carving timber away on the tang area. Going to have to build that area up a little. Benefits of painting the stock in the end- being able to use car bog! The other thing that pissed me off was the timber chipped on the tang area- again no biggy with bog. One thing I would like to ask opinions about is the area on the fore end where it drops down to the tracking rails. Leave that short sharp drop off or should I mill it back and make it a more gentle slope back towards the trigger?
