G'Day all,
if the walnut is a good hard piece, it resists marking very well.
Roger's working rifles, that I've seen, are all high grade timber, but hard pieces that dont mark easily. If your finger nail easily marks the wood, then it is too soft for harsh use. And more importantly, they can be fixed up

yes I know what I now need !!!!!
I need an imitation wood grain bullet proof glass and steel display cabinet !!! LOL :shock: :lol:
