sitting in the office editing a financial plan and the mobile rings. It says "luke" on the display. And I'm thinking "who the f%$k is Luke"
And then it dawns on me , Eastec Engineering, Luke the gunsmith who I stored in contacts after sending him a text.
Long story short, he thinks 22x47L is an interesting enough cartridge to add the reamer to his collection. I don't have to buy one. I dont have to send dummy cases either as he will order a reamer with a short throat and has throating reamers to to take it longer.
I just need to measure the OD of some dummy cases so he can work out what neck width to order.
Happy days
a pleasant phone call

Trevort,
Sounds like a plan.
Can't wait to see the end result.

G'day all,
Trev that's great news; the modern version of a 22-250! Same length case, small primer and flash hole, small amount of taper topped off with a 30 degree shoulder, or if you like a 22 Dasher on steroids!
Cheerio Ned
