Guys I have just swapped the stock on my 30-06 and was wondering if and what torque you guys tighten your screws up to?

What sort of stock?
Laminate is different to Synthetic which is different to "Walnut" type.
But when in doubt, Stand the rifle up on the butt pad, tighten the front action screw (after locating the recoil lug properly against the "bedding" or what have you) tighten the rear action screw. How tight? well as tight as you can without stripping the screw head.

Yeah, just tighten it up till it snaps, then back it off a little. All mine just get tightened up till they are very firm, never tried using a torque wrench or anything like that.
