What in your experience is THE optimum accuracy powder for 45 grains bullets in the .223 ?

What your gun shoots best mate.
hard to go wrong with BM2 though. Depends on barrel length twist chamber etc. I would say BM2 would be up there with the most popular. And it meters oh so nice

Iam using AR 2206h at the moment and i find it very accurate in my rifle ,alot of the guys at my rifle club use it and BM2 so i would say try both and see how they perform in your rifle

BM2 is a good powder and meters well too.
