Seating dies

Tim,
I can't say either way for the RCBS unit, but I do have a Redding comp seater and it is just great. I load two different 6mm target projectiles with it in my PPC and I just dial up whichever setting I need for the projectile I am using.

I favor the Hornady new gen sliding sleeve die with the micro adjustable top- cheaper than either of the 2 you suggest and just as accurate.

G'Day All,
I use a wilson seater and a Sinclair micrometer top for both my 6ppc and .223 for Fclass...........no problems good accurate ammo.

Tim this topic has been done lots on the 204 ruger forum. Results, RCBS not woth the money. Redding best there is, Forster almost as good as Redding and much cheaper. I have the redding for 223 and 204 and just got the forster for my 7/08 from Sinclair on Wed so havent tried it yet.

Both Redding and forster have the sleeved interior. You can buy the Forster without the micrometer if you will lock it on one depth once you are happy. $31US from Sinclair
