i,ve been planning a 6.5X47 Lapua build but might go with this new round
instead. got a 6.5 barrel ordered with a 1 in 8.5 twist, would this be suitable for the creedmoor ?

Very similar ballistics to the 6.5 Swede - which was invented over 100 years ago.... It's taken the Americans that long to shave a few mm's off the length and decide that 6.5mm is a good size after all, LOL.
