As a very new boy on the "bushing" block I'm seeking advice as to whether I can also use a Mach1V redding neck resizing die (with bush) to also neck resize my 17 Fireball - assuming of course the normal guide as to the neck size of the loaded round minus the 1 or 2 or 3 thou reduction.
Thanks for any information
Barry

I sem to remember that you can use Mach1V for doing fireball brass, but not the other way around, just check that it doesnt push the neck/shoulder junction back.

Re: Bushes -Mach1V - 17 Fireball question
If the case fits in the die you’ll be right even if you set it to only size two thirds or half the neck so the case fits well that’s enough to hold a pill.
In other words try and see

Yoh !! have done it Trev , only seriously dislocated the shoulders on a couple before I got the hang of it & now doing about 80% of the neck without problems.
Cheers
