Anyway I used a sinclair 25cal expander die. I don't pull buttons through necks :)

It looks as if the neck is bulging where the bullet is - like it's been sized down a bit too much ? I've ever seen that in any of my ammo..

Which pictures are we looking at?

My fired cases? or the examples of neck weld?

loaded rounds,also I see some bright lines on them vertical see them? I dont use expander ball too that way have better groups ,bullets jaming in the lands? makes big difference, high neck tension changes rate of detonation ,storing ammo in high flactuating tem ,powder goes off.

Fine scrathes on cases with hot loads dont help too check u dies and chamber
