224 pill good for 5000+fps??

I wasn't saying that he should necessarly look at using sabots , I wouldn't bother personally as the main use for most sabot is in military applications , and I too wouldn't put them through a match grade barrel but then again I wouldn't be trying to pump 5000fps out of my rifle either. My experience with them was that they do work, how effectively and to how much damage they do to a barrel I have no idea.
