In our two 6BR,s built on 1-12 twist kreiger 26in 5R barrels(we got them before Kreiger stopped offering them in 5R) we are using 33.7 Gr of H322 over CCI 450's. With the Nosler 55 varmegettans or the horn 58 z-maxes we are running in the 3850 fps (75 deg) range with exceptional accuracy. Benchmark was a good second choice but H322 is easier to get.

I managed a 1.433" group with the 58gr Z Max at 3460fps. I got it out to a plate at 750 yards a few times too which is impressive as the velocity wouldn't be much more than a 22LR at the muzzle.
