No need Jason, I was working up a new load for one of my pistols, the load I've settled on gives 5139 reloads per 500g tub.

Yes, but image what you could do with 10278 loads!

Thanks for the annealing tools today.

Cheers, Jason

 they do the pistol powders in 2kg which would be 20558 loads a tub, I may yet drop another 1/10th grain which would push it to over 22,000 loads a tub. Fairly efficient compared to rifle loads, 98gr bullet at 700fps.

Managed to dig up 100 pmc 222 for missed to play with, was going through the ammo locker and I still had about 700 222 despite selling off a couple of thousand cases a few years ago, hopefully he can get a usable number of formed cases from them.

I should have put this one up a while ago but just before xmas I finally shot my 22BR. These groups are the fireform load and for a hunting rifle I might just stick with it since it prints near 1/2" groups at 100m in gusty conditions. Also sh!tty nikko 3-9x40 with bent main tube was on the rifle so I'd expect better groups with glass I can really aim in tight with.

Load is 31gr of 8208 behind a Nosler 50gr BT with FED GM205M primers in 6mmBR Lapua brass.

Nothing wrong with that for spotlighting duties mate.

I had a trip out last night getting some dog tucker and the 20 prac with 26gr of 8208 behind the 39gr SBK performed as it always has. Hard, fast and accurate. The only shot I missed was when a fence wire got in the way

Is anybody other than me having trouble getting 8208?
I have been told a few times by my LGS that it like rocking horse shit to get hold of.

OR is he just unwilling to buy in another powder?

I picked up a bottle today from Abelas and from what I could ascertain they had a bit in stock.
