308 loads with ALLIANT powder

pick up my new barrel 308 on thursday .
21.75 inch S/S barrel #8 profile .
want to shoot it on sunday .
need some loads for it using Alliant powder .
any body got any using 150 gr bullets.

If you want to use Alliant in the 308 then Reloader 15 is the one you want. For a 150gn pill you can use up to 46 grains of this stuff. It is similar to ADI 2208, but not quite. Personally I would use 2208, and load about 46.5 grains. As usual, work up to these loads carefully.
