Sierra seconds

Post by Con »

Guys,
What is it that makes them seconds? Is it just a lack of adherance to set tolerances? Bit too heavy, bit too light, bit too long, bit too short?
Just ordered 800 of the 69gr HPBT seconds to try in the coming VLP-S in 22/250 and was wondering if any "problems" with them could be sorted out by batching the projectiles?
Cheers...

Con,

You will need to batch them cos they are all over the place.. The Nosler seconds mainly have folded jackets and meplats that have been over pointed.
