These arrived to test. Hopefully I will have a modified dasher back in time to test some and then shoot a 300 mozzie with them

They are shorter than the 55 Berger base to tip but longer from ogive to base so greater bearing surface. I’ll shoot a ladder this weekend

The straight section at the bottom of the gully allowed a measured 223m for a ladder test. I suppose it should have been further but I was racing the wind which always blows harder as the day goes on.
The pills are shorter than the 55gn Berger but the bearing surface is longer. Without guidance from a real expert I deduced that longer bearing surface means more pressure so I started the ladder 1.5 gns below the current very hot 55gn load.
Apart from the first low shot they are all in a neat little line. With 3 shots left Kickinback suggested I go straight to max as every round seemed to be telling the same story. It went into one of the previous holes. There was hardly any wind. I would attribute the windage to the fact the bag want aligned exactly facing off to the target
I will shoot a 300 mozzie with these in 2 weeks when I should hopefully take delivery of my new Jacko rest and Kickinback will have fitted a 3 inch wide bit of metal to the forend so it tracks properly
