36gn grenades

Hi All,really enjoying the site so far,so i thought i would ask if anyone has tried these little projectiles in their 223.I have been useing Hornady V Max in 40 gn as my light projectile and find them great.Some reports are very favorable,but of course there is the "if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it" plan.Anyhow your thoughts would be appreciated.
