Rinso is right on the powder. ADI powders are fantastic performers in most all calibers, including .222. 748 used to be good, but I'll tell you a couple of the ADI will be better. honest pogy
G'day mate, I used Reloader 7 with a stiff (but safe) load I can get just over 3200 fps with a 50grain Nosler BT. This has proved a very accurate and hard hitting load for me, also more speed than any other powder tried.
