Anyone useing this projjie ? Any good on ferals and goats ?

Yes,Yes and yes ,very good accuracy out of my 25/06,a bit hard on fox skins and rabbits certainly feel no pain but I will say they are not the greatest on Fallow.Nosler list them as a Varmint projie though :wink:

Same as Missed, plus they work fine on goats, also have 115 BTs which are good medican on pigs.

85gr ballistic tip in my experience is extremely accurate in my 25-06 and is good for long range sniping given its relatively high B.C. Smashes foxes and rabbits as far as you can see/hit em.

However I think it is a little inadequate for medium game like goats etc, due to its rapidly fragmenting characteristics.

I would personally prefer the sierra 90gr HPBT for goats and small piggies. It should hold together a little better than the 85gr BT.

Having said that, a well placed shot with a 85gr BT should have no problem taking down a goat.
