I have a RedHead cammo hydro compatible back pack with a 2 lt hydro insert. It has a main section with hydro pack separator that can take a rain coat or jumper and a small first aid kit,and two smaller external zip pockets that can hold fox whistles, knives snacks etc. I'm pretty happy with it.

Regards

i got a camel bak for a 100 bucks on sale at an outdoor store. i has a bladder and insulated compartment for it and holds 3 litres. a large and a small zip up compartment, and a dust proof posi for an ipod. there's other bits and pieces but its been a great investment and goes with me everytime out into the field.

Mate,

Have a look on ebay, generally you can find disposed military equipment bargain basement price and at a fraction of what you can pick up here (you just hope that it was never exposed to DU).

Have a look at Hanks Surplus.

This will blow your mind.

Failing that Rebel Sport have a decent range on Camelbak.

Regards

Sean

I've got a small blackwolf backpack, has room for a water bladder and one main pocket which fits everything you'll need. It's small, cheap and has a removable waterproof cover for it in the bottom if it starts to rain. It also has a good gap between your back and the pack so you don't get too hot.
